Eli Pick - Past President
Eli has been an active leader in the post-acute health care delivery system in Illinois. He was named an At-Large Delegate to the White House Conference on Aging, being held in Washington D.C. December 11- 14, 2005. He serves as a resource to the following: the Long Term Care Sections of the Illinois Departments of Public Health and Public Aid; the University of Illinois School of Public Health; Abbott Laboratories; Allergan Pharmaceuticals; American College of Healthcare Administrators as the Past Chair of Certification; Blue Cross Blue Shield Association; National Easter Seal Society; Ross Laboratories; and Hill-Rom. He was appointed in 1996 by Governor Jim Edgar to serve on the Illinois Medicaid Advisory Council and was elected as Chair in 2003. Eli has also been on the advisory boards of the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
Jack Dudek - President
Jack has been with CHUG since 2004 and previously served as CHUG Treasurer. He has been a licensed Illinois Nursing Home Administrator since 1983 holding positions at HCR Manor Care, Ballard Healthcare and Provena Senior Services. His undergraduate degree is in biology and he has a Masters in Business Administration. He has served as a member of the Nursing Home Cabinet at Life Services Network, a nursing home trade association. He is also a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association ( HFMA). Jack is currently a Vice President with Optimal Care Software, LLC.
Phyllis Koldenhoven - Recording Secretary
Phyllis Koldenhoven, Secretary - Phyllis has been in marketing and advertising for several years. She currently works for Sprint Nextel in the healthcare sector.
Jenanne Rock - Director of Public Relations and Development
Jenanne has been a volunteer for CHUG for about 4 years; she recently became more involved and joined the board in 2008.  Jenanne obtained her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Marquette University in 1999.  Immediately following her graduation, Jenanne volunteered with AmeriCorps *VISTA for two years in Delaware and Washington, DC.  Starting in the non profit world she worked with a national nonprofit organization on asset building and welfare reform for low income individuals and families.  During this time she was involved in helping to develop and grow this field at the state and national level. Most recently Jenanne has worked in healthcare managing admissions and marketing for a skilled nursing facility.  She then joined the team at Freedom Home Care to assist in marketing and system development for the agency, and now oversees the agencies caregiver training and compliance with state regulations.
Lynn Bruch - Director of Clinical Operations
Lynn Bruch, Director of Clinical Services - Lynn has a Bachelors and Masters in nursing, with over 28 years of experience. She has worked in critical care, ER, case management hospice/home health care. She has been involved with many ESRD programs as a Nephrology Clinical Specialist and has also served on the review board of ANNA.  Lynn has also been on faculty at Barat College.   Lynn has been involved in post acute skilled care for the past 7 years. She has been in her current position with Manor Care Health Services for over a year.
Audrey Scott - Director at Large

Audrey has a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition and a Masters in Healthcare Administration.  She has been managing the dining programs in a variety of long term care settings for 20 years.  In 2003, she moved into the position of Residential Administrator at The Holmstad owned by Covenant Retirement Communities.
